24/7 Direct Support Professional Coverage
Trained DSPs are present in every home around the clock, every day of the year. No individual is ever left without qualified support.
Medication Administration
All medications are administered by trained staff following DBHDS medication administration regulations. Medication logs are maintained and reviewed regularly.
Safety Monitoring & Emergency Protocols
Each home has documented emergency protocols, fire safety plans, and regular safety drills. All incidents are reported per DBHDS requirements.
Behavioral Support Planning
For individuals with behavioral support needs, we implement individualized behavioral support plans developed in coordination with the CSB and behavioral support specialists.
Health & Medical Coordination
We coordinate with primary care physicians, specialists, and CSB health services to ensure all medical needs are addressed promptly and documented accurately.
Nutritional Standards
Meals are planned to meet individual dietary needs and preferences. Special dietary requirements and restrictions are strictly followed.
High-Acuity Medical Protocols
Soul Spring handles high-risk medical profiles that many residential providers cannot safely support. Our DSPs are trained and competency-validated across six clinical domains, with nursing coordination for clinical oversight.
